Today we woke up early and left our apartment before breakfast to avoid tourists. Weather had turned and it was a bit drizzly.

Walked across Charles Bridge, then along the river bank. Had breakfast in a cafe (scrambled eggs, Prague ham, 7 bread rolls, corn flakes in a parfait glass with yoghurt and fresh fruit in another parfait glass.

Walked down the main boulevard and our favourite shop Tescos for some more provisions which we devoured at home.
This afternoon, spent quite a bit of time at Convent of St Agnes and their exhibition of medieval art in Bohemia. Beautiful sculptures, mostly wooden of Madonna and child and paintings.
Stopped for reviving coffee and cake to rest tired feet!
This evening we are off to the Theatre to see “The Wonderful Circus”. This was fabulous – story of two clowns and their experiences – mixture of mime and video.
