9.50pm Depart Sydney for Abu Dhabi with Etihad Airways

Overnight flight is the way to go as we managed to doze on and off throughout the night. Food was good – I had seafood menu which meant that it arrived early with other special meals – fish for dinner and salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast – delicious. In flight entertainment was excellent with on demand new release movies – I watched Unstoppable, Never let me go and Conviction.
