* Easy to get around – you can walk everywhere

* Generally very clean and quiet away the main squares. Nice to hear the sound of church bells. 

* Many local ristorantes and local produce markets close by

* Lots of tourists but you can beat the queues with a Fienze card. Don’t think I would want to be here in summer as I suspect it would be wall-to-wall tourists 

* Beautiful Rennaissance art and architecture which takes your breath away. World class museums and galleries
